Return Process

  Place the device in its original box and use a sturdy outer shipping carton to prevent damage to the electronic components during transit.

  Inspection & Refund

  Once received at our warehouse, our technicians will inspect the device for hardware integrity and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
